SHIPPING POLICY

  • When will I be charged?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail after your order is successfully placed. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre- authorised your credit card for the purchase. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail. Otherwise, your order will be shipped within 5 business days of your order, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

We offer free shipping on orders over £300 and white glove delivery is available for orders over £600. Delivery fees will be calculated upon checkout.

 In the United Kingdom, we ship all orders with Hermes or DPD.

If your order is eligible for free shipping, transit times are between 3-5 business days.

If you need your order delivered faster, white glove service or both you can choose Express shipping at checkout. Delivery rates for these faster shipping services are calculated in real time at checkout.

International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout but we do not offer white glove delivery outside the United Kingdom.

  • Will I receive a tracking number?

         All of our orders come with a tracking number which will allow you to be given automatic updates on the status of your delivery. If you have any further questions we are more than happy to assist you.

  • What should I do if I want an update?

 If you need any updates before your order has left our warehouse we will be  sure to respond within 24 hours, if you would like an update after your order has left our warehouse we recommend you check your tracking number details first for a faster update but if you have any problems contacting them please contact us as soon as  possible.

  • What happens if the item arrives damaged

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to                                            'returns@chilledvineyards.com' and we will process an insurance claim on  your behalf.

  • Cancellations & Refunds 

 All orders cancelled after 48 hours of shipping are subject to a £20 administration fee. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your  order. Please see our Refund and Returns policy page for more information.
